Bear honours nearly 3000 Scouts with their Queen's Scout award
In his role as Chief Scout, Bear honoured nearly 3000 Scouts and their families from all around the country with their Queen’s Scout awards. They were presented with the award at Windsor Castle, parading in the inner Quadrangle of the Castle. The Queen’s Scout Award is the highest honour in Scouting and is awarded for outstanding personal achievement, the honour is achieved by young people aged between 16-25.
