BMF at Home
In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have now developed an industry-leading online fitness offering called BMF at Home.
The BMF at home programme offers a dynamic, personalised and comprehensive fitness at home experience. You need nothing more than a laptop or a smartphone to access the entire BMF fitness, health and social experience directly in your home.
This includes a full programme of interactive live stream workouts and on demand workouts delivered by your favourite BMF Instructors. Just like being at the park, you will get a fantastic workout led by your Instructor who will sweat with you and be there for every repetition.
BMF Outdoor
Military Fit is intense, its relentless, and our expert trainers will encourage and support you from start to finish to give the best workout possible. This programme has been designed by experts to deliver results fast, targeting all areas of fitness helping you to become fitter, faster and stronger.
We train in the great outdoors all year round across parks all over the UK, and our classes are designed for all ages and abilities. We provide four excellent out-door fitness sessions, with our signature being Military Fit.

BMF’s new URBAN Training System in Battersea Power Station delivers the ultimate fitness programmes, combining all-round fitness training, physical challenges, heart-rate monitoring, team training, and competition!
