A fun activity to fill your time with whilst you're all at home together is topping up your culinary repertoire with some tasty recipes. Nothing too fancy but you'll have budding chefs in the kitchen in no time!

A good easy one to start off with and can be served up for breakfast, lunch or dinner, egg muffins!
Eggs are such a rich source of protein and can be cooked in so many different ways, definitely a staple in our household.
All you need for these simple tasty bites is:
- 6 small handfuls of vegetables of your choice (spinach, tomato, kale, spring onion, carrot, broccoli, basil, peppers - whatever you have in the fridge or feel like on the day)
- 6 eggs, beaten
- Salt & pepper
- A little coconut oil or olive oil to grease the muffin tin
Preheat the oven to 1750C/350oF/gas mark 4 and line a 6 hole muffin tin with paper muffin cases.
Finely chop your vegetables and any other additions you'd like to jazz up your muffins, ham, olives, chilis, whatever you fancy and put them all in a large bowl.
Into the same bowl, mix in the eggs, salt, pepper together to make a smooth batter.
Divide the mixture between the 6 muffin cases.
Bake for 20 minutes. A good trick to test if they're ready and cooked through is to prick them with a toothpick or fork and if it comes out clean they're done.
